As a Pathways student, you can choose between a fully online schedule or our blended learning model that combines small group classes, guided independent study, online courses, and experiential learning. At Pathways, I like that the work is more independent. I can work at my own pace. Everyone at Pathways is focused on their work and it is a nice calm environment. I get to work at my own time and if I ever need help there is always someone available to help me and support me. For the first time since I began high school I felt relaxed and did not feel as if I was forced to come to school. I felt invited. Average Teacher Salaries Year to year changes with the Pathways teacher population affect the average salary. Increases are given based on performance and years of service. As an example, a teacher who has been with the school for 4 years may leave the school and be replaced with a brand new teacher. The substantial difference in years of service would lower the school’s average teacher salary. The salary information does not include incentive or bonus pay.
